I've been on Testim (5 g tube once daily) gel for a little more than a week. I have seen no reaction, until today, when I have a ache in my right testicle.
It may be my imagination, but I think my testicle may be swollen, cause it's attracting my attention while dressed in dress slacks while seated at work. The ache is constant, and seems to be similar to my pulse.
But this is NOT sexual stimulation nor arousal.
I was wondering if anyone else has experience with this topical gel vs. a patch, and what you experienced as a result of application and how fast.

I found that possible side effects of Testim Gel are: acne, change in sex drive, headache, skin irritation, calf pain, swelling, or redness, change in the size or shape of the testicles, dark urine, excessive daytime sleepiness, frequent, prolonged, or painful erections, interrupted breathing while sleeping, loss of appetite, memory problems, mood or mental changes. Since change in the size or shape of the testicles is one of serious Testim side effects, you should seek for medical advice.
