Hi, I am 39 years old and I have been a vegetarian for exactly one week. I admit that I do not crave for meat at all, but I am still a bit confused about what I should and should not eat. Can vegetarians eat eggs? I know some that eat eggs and some that are strictly opposing that. So, what is the truth?

Well, the eggs are animal products so in that sense, you really should not eat eggs. Also, in spite of what many people say, eggs are not that healthy at all, yes they have proteins and carbs but the weekly limit is set at about 4 eggs for an adult as I recall, which is little. And why is that? Surely not because they are as healthy as some say…
