For once, it gives me great pleasure to announce that - hallelujah - you are safe. In a world of 'I'm having unprotected sex can I get pregnant?', you appear to be following the directions of your pill - presumably - so I can safely say that you are having what we used to call responsible, protected sex.
The fact that these days, responsible sex apparently requires the full armour of pill, condom, morning-after-pill and abortion (in pre HIV days, we made do with either pill or condom, and that was basically it, life handled the rest) may leave you concerned, but - like an airbag in seat-belt fitted car, your bag broke but the seatbelt held.
However, in the spirit of the modern can't-be-too-sure, you also have the extra freedom to make doubly sure, because you can, of course, go out and by Plan B or equivalent, and since you sensibly asked the question immediately, you will also be buying the pill at its most effective time.
Why do I sound like a used salesman for contraception? Well, maybe I'm just glad that for once, someone was actually paying attention to what it said on the packet. You're safe, within the limits of the effectiveness of the pill, (typically quoted in the high 97-99% range) but if you want to be safer still, you know where to go. Plan B claims to arrest 7 out of 8 potential unwanted pregnancies, so if you manage to be pregnant with both of those in effect, someone up there really thinks you might want to consider having a baby.
For now, good for you. It's a pleasure to be able to reassure you, and give you the option to take further timely steps as you see fit.
