a 4 days ago i did a pregnancy test i have been stressed for the past month cos i have moved into my bfs house and my family kicked off cos i moved out. plus ive got a throat and ear n water infection

If you are pregnant the test 4 days ago should have detected it.
I'd suggest you see your doctor for an exam just to rule out anything going on with you physically.
