ive had spotting for the last 6 days ive done 4 pregnancy test while ive beeny spotting but they all been negitive ive been feeling really sick during the evenings should i wait till ive finished spotting completely to do another pregnancy test and how long should i wait ?? or can you have spotting instead of a period im really confused be really gratefull for the help thank you

I also have had this same thing, I was suppose to get my period and instead I had brownish spotting that was only when I wiped after going to the bathroom, I waited 6 days after this started and did a pregnancy test and it was negative, I spotted one more day and now it's pretty much stopped but I feel nauseous off and on... so was this my period for the month or could the test have been wrong? I'm so confused. I'm still having slight cramping too... it's weird. I'd like some answers as well...

i am having the same problem. i am nausous. my breast are sore. i am moody. and i just started my birth control pills and this is my first time on inactive pills. i had sex 2 days before i started the pills and my husband used the pull out method. instead of bleeding i got nothing until thursday and its really light colored, almost pink blood that only comes off when i wipe after the bathroom. I would like to know what is going on as well. I have taken 2 test that are negative.

Ive had the same thing. except there is no way i could be pregnant. i had the spotting instead of my period. and it wasnt that light though. it was on my underware and it would stop then the next day it happened again. this continued for a couple of days. Have you taken a preg test? That would be the first step. Have you talked to anyone else about it? Take the test then go from there. Having sex the day after your period shouldn't result in pregnancy but you never know. Let us know what happens!
