The thing is, sperm can live inside of you for up to a week, and since your so young, your cycle isn't regular yet. That means that you can ovulate earlier or later than you're supposed to. If you ovulate earlier, that means that the sperm can survive long enough until your egg is released.
However, I really really DOUBT that you're even close to pregnant. Although some cases have been reported, its really RARE. On top of that, you started bleeding again and the sperm probably got pushed out with the blood.
The reason you stopped bleeding for a day is because when you had sex, the penis allowed to uterus to contract even more to push the blood out. Basically when youre on your period, your uterus contracts to shed the lining. Since you had sex, it contracted even more (or harder) and pushed everything that was left out. You stopped for a day because there was nothing left to push out, and as the lining started to shed more, the following day you experienced bleeding with regular contractions.
Think of it this way, if you pour water out of a glass that has water constantly pouring into it, its gonna take a while for it to fill up again and overflow. When its overflowing, the water will leak out at a regular rate. If you shove a penis in it, lots of water will come out, and it won't leak for a bit until its full again.
Bad example but you get the idea lol. Don't worry, your most likely not pregnant, but be careful.
