I'm on Loestrin24fe birth control. I started my third month of pills today, yet did not get a period in the second month. I'm six days late. I spotted in the first month of taking them. Does my body need to get used to the pills?... Or could I be pregnant?

A lot of times it takes a while, even more then three months for your body to get used to the medication. Or you not having a cycle is your bodies way of adjusting to the medication. Did you read the "Risk Factors" to the medication when you started taking them? Do you remember what your doctor told you what the outcome might be when you started taking the medication? You out of anyone, knows your body. While under the medication, you should still be under a Phsychian's care, you need to take you concerns to your doctor. There is always that possibility of being pregnant if you are having sex no matter the protection.
