I think that there is no part of your body that you can’t get cancer. Unfortunately tonsil cancer is possible and you have to understand the fact that if you think that you might be having a cancer on your tonsils you have to talk to your doctor immediately. Can you tell me more about your condition? I know that tonsils can easily get infected and enlarged. Could it be that you mistaken the tonsil infection with the cancer? You can always go to the hospital and run some test to be sure what is wrong with your tonsils. I hope this helped in any way.
