Hello, I'm a 25 year old male. I would say I have Bulimia. One and off for a few years now. I've been on this "diet" for about 3 months now and for the past week I've tried to start eating normal again without throwing up but the feeling full all the time is stopping me. I can barely even drink a 500ml bottle of water without feeling really full at the end the of it. Yesterday I had just 2 cups of of coffee through the day and then had dinner around 6PM, I finished it all off but I felt really awful at the end of it and the the way it was making me feel just sent me right back to square one about being on a diet. Its annoying. How long does it usually take until the stomach gets normal again? Also if I have anything sugary I start feeling a little dizzy.

Basically, your body would really appreciate it if you could provide it the nutrients it needs, in a form it can take, especially given the stress you suggest you've been putting it through.
Two cups of coffee during the day, and then a full meal (as I assume that is supposed to be) is not even close to being reasonable, if your description is accurate. Nor is drinking a 500ml bottle of water at one go, as you seem to suggest you're doing, reasonable either.
From the ground up:
- water first: sip water, a mouthful at a time, every few minutes; a glass of water every half hour; anything beyond what your body needs right now goes straight through, so sip, or small glasses, throughout the day, aiming to drink two litres - and no, don't bother playing catch up - if you only drink 1/2 litre, or 1 litre, let it go. Just try to get in the habit of drinking more the next day.
- foot next: you've essentially starved your body, and you're still starving it, and then you throw it a luxury meal at the end of the day?
Take a look at concentration camp victims: do you think they were ready for a Big Mac and Fries?
Soup is rich in nutrients, and easy to digest, being mainly fluid. Again, not starve until night time then binge: have something reasonable for breakfast, good old cereal, porridge, yoghurt, whatever; soup or something at least once during the day, and a light 'reward' meal later in the evening. Unless you're on night shift, you don't need the energy then, you need it early, so eat reasonably during the day, and reward yourself with something tasty but modest in size in the evening.
Melon is another rich food, high in water content but nutritious.
Basically, the all american steak and fries is a waste of tmie, unless you find yourself a small enough portion not to waste it.
The rest of the US gets away with binge meals, cos, well, look at 'supersize me' - they're not starving themselves.
You've told your body you're living in a desert, drought, and famine, all in one, and it's done the only thing it can, which is shut down, not expecting anything. Well, if you can cut it some slack, start to re-educate it that there's plenty of water, and basic nutrients, easily digestible, all the time, it may cut you some slack and let you get back on a steak and fries diet.
