You are still very early on in puberty and there its lots of time before all your changes will be complete.
Some boys develop quicker than others and somtimes even in a different order!
just be patient and enjoy the feelings you get. It will happen soon enough when your body is ready.
5inches for a 12 year old sounds ok. Although everyone is different and some grown men wont be that big, I gather the average for a fully grown man is about 6 inches but there is no definative size that a man/boy should be.
