Hey folks could really use your help here, as I am currently living in Kuwait and Doctors are not that great.
Any way I have been having this problem for about 4 months now, mostly there is some swelling around the eye of my penis (no discoloration) , along with some kind of shooting pains ( though not when I urinate), my skin in the crack of my butt (not inside the anus) has been itching off and on and as well I have felt a burning sensation in my scrotum / testis.
I have what almost appears to be a abcessed at the tip of the penis eye, I would think it is genital warts but it goes away and comes back rather quickly along with the other symptoms.
I have been tested for every thing but genital warts and it all came back negative though the doctor told me that the culture that was performed showed Staph bacteria and he gave me anti-biotic's and they did not help.
I dont know what I can do except go and get second opinions, if any one has any idea of what this could be please help!!!!!
