OK. it is normal to bleed the first time you have sex since the hymen tears. is it normal to bleed AGAIN when you get fingered after 3-4days? how to stop this?! the first-time was very brief.. it lasted just 3-4 mins!

When I read the title of your post I was about to freak out.
Anyhow, it makes sense that you would bleed the first time you have sex.
And it is still understandable for you to bleed after the first time.
Since it was fingering, it could be possible some tissue was torn inside you (not necessarily the hymen). If there was a lot of blood though, it probably wasn't this.
Sometimes women will bleed more than once from hymen "breaking". If you two continue to be sexually active I believe it will stop bleeding (at least so frequently).
