Can't stop masterbating and its ruining my life!!

I grew up in Christianity which i assume is the religion you take about (I may be wrong and if so , i am truly sorry to offend). I am only 13 and would just like to point out that i have just read several versions of Noah in his tent and none of them mentioned him masturbating, only drunk and lying naked. and besides, even if the 'worse' sin was commmited by the son dishonouring his father, it does not change the fact that if Noah did masturbate that he was still sinning, it was simply shadowed by other acts in the scripture. Also it is important to understand that the seventh commandmant says that you shall not commit adultery. and by viewing porn/thinking about someone naked etc. is committing adultery of the mind. the seventh commandant also translates to not living in lust. masturbation is an act of lust. and finally we were gifted our sexual organs by the lord to reproduce, not pleasure ones self. it even talks about someone somewhere in the bible who sinned by having intercourse with someone else, and spilling semen on the floor. the spilling of semen being the sin. many people say that it is normal to masturbate but that is only due to today's standards where just about everyone does, and i have to admit i am ashamed and disappointed to say that I am one myself. so it is not so much normal to masturbate but the better term would be common. 

You know that sperm and the fluids are composed of the same stuf as your brain and spinal fluid..? by ejaculating you are stoping the development of brain and restoration of dead cells, and spinal fluid health is important to age apearence.... so next time you cum think of that you just made your self oder and dumber ;)

But you can reverse that by drinking beer. The alcohol kills off the dumbest brain cells leaving only the smart ones.

Society tells us that masturbation is healthy, your religion obviously tells you that it's dirty and wrong. Someone in your life probably also told you once not to pick your nose, it's a dirty habit. Something tells me you still do that as well (everyone does for God's sake!) and probably don't feel that much guilt about it in any way. Just because someone tells you it's wrong, or dirty doesn't always make it so.

If you feel that masturbation breaks the sin of impure thought, ask yourself something. "Is it impure for a married man and woman to have sex?" Answer: NO. So, if it's makes you feel any better when you're fantasizing about the lady you're fantasizing about when you're masturbating, imagine she's your wife. Go to town, it's not impure then. You don't know who you'll end up marrying so any girl you come up with in your head is imaginary. No impurity with a fantasy, she doesn't exist.

Enjoy your body. It's the only practice that won't hurt you physically like smoking and drinking can and I truly believe God gave it to us to understand our bodies better and allow us an outlet to enjoy ourselves. Just don't pray while you're doing it and I'm sure you'll be safe!

Your saying is completly wrong you said its not a sin forget it for a moment just think out when ever we mastrubate we feel so bad and we gift a shame to ourself and dont feel good it means its forbidden by god which is consider wrong by our consience by which i told we cant felt happy after doing it...the 2nd thing if we masturbate rapidly we will be weak cant look like younger as we are cant work hard we will be resulting a loss of memory so every thing is fobidded by god which are not usual for us you see whenever we avoid our childrens from touching of a gun or else a knife we know it is dangerouse for them god also love their creatures thats why its forbidded.

I dont know what kind of religion you are in.. But if you want to read the bible.. please dont just read about Noah's ark or Moses' Red Sea or Adam and Eve... if You go to Matthews chapter 5 or 6, Jesus said even if you look at someone and have dirty thoughts, youve already committed adultery... and he says if one of your eyes commit a sin then you should pull it out.. if one of your hands sins, then you should pull it out as well.. It is particularly ironic he says your eyes and arms.. seems kind of random.. however, In those days, many people (just like today) commit this sin of "Peeping TOm" and Masturbation.. which is probably why the Lord mentioned one of your arms and one of your eyes.. YOU should take a closer look at the bible.. In Deuteronomy, He says since I am holy, you should be holy.. You go to 1 Corinthians, and You'll see that your body is the temple of the holy spirit and the Lord.. The Holy spirit does not consist of Pornographic and lustful materials.. Its clear that those are not the type of Holy the Lord is looking for.. I feel @Vsadnh's guilt.. Because I am the worst sinner... I say to all of these verses and I cant get my self to completely stop.. In the Lord's eyes.. the idea of masturbation is the work of the devil and satan.. I know because I've read the bible.. and still continue to do so.. I dont know what your religion is, but as a Christian, who firmly believes on Heaven and Hell.. I encourage myself and you to stop.. WE are always in this spiritual battle between whether or not we shall sin.. in Romans.. Sinnnig causes death.. and I try myself to not be like this way.. I pray that HE gives me strength to stop.. you should too.. and to mention about Noah again, while one of the son may not have helped him.. the other one did.. this story shows you an example of what should and shouldnt happen... First of, Noah should not have commit the sin of being drunk and falling asleep naked.. (We know that being drunk is Sin because of the Letter St. Paul sends to the churches, many of those letter consists of them staying away from sexual immoraility and drunkeness) This TEMPTED one of the son to commit the sin of making fun of his father while the other made the right decision by LOVING his father.. Remember.. the Lord does not tempt.. He may TEST You.. like he did with Abraham.. but HE does not Tempt.. You can find this on JAMES chapter 1:13.. For He is not a slight bit evil.. You should just stay away from the environments where it is the most vulnerable for you to commit a sin.. We are humans.. and are sinners.. We cant help but sin.. and stopping entirely is impossible, but with right conscience, we can commit one lesser sin day by day.. I believe this is what the Lord will be most happy for.. Our will to try and please the Lord by not sinning and lifting his name.. AMEN!!!!

You are confusing two stories. You are thinking of the story of Onan where he let his seed fall to the ground and God killed him but it was because he would not fulfill his duty to give his dead brothers wife a child. Noah was in his tent drunk but it says nothing about seed.

Try getting involved in a hobby, even if its something you can do by yourself, like jogging orswimming. As long as it gets you out of the house its good. Whenever you feel the urge, just get outta the house quickly and get your mind on something else.

Masturbating is completely ruining my LIFE its been an addiction for a year. Before I started I was a great student with a 4.00 average and a good football player as well a couple of schools were already scouting me in my sophomore year not to mention I was popular. Now that's all went downhill I'm a C student I cant focus on the football field I lost my girlfriend and no one talks to me now if you have any solutions please post them.

I dont think on this site is a liar.And what do you mean by women or some image? There is a big difference between a woman and an image. There are women who you have sex with and then there is jesus through witch you yourself have salvation.
Im a christian too. After you go to heaven you are gonna be with jesus and women,so leave images out of the picture.

I am 14 and my religion has similar rule, i have a feeling you are a servant of Jehovah as I, I have found that peppermint decreses sexual tention, also exersize, build your body mass in muscle and make somthing you can be proud of, and pray constantly.
If i am mistaken and you are not a servant of Jahovah, Forgive me.

This is weird because i came here to look for info but i got some great information from other sites... I am a catholic Christian and i HAVE to stop as well.

Here is what i found to help stop...

-rub menthol cream on "it" when you feel like masterbating. It takes away pleasure

-pretend yo uare masterbating in a tub of worms... sounds weird but it sends a signal to your subconcious and will make it easier to stop

-use an elastic band on your wrist if you feel the urge

-exercise

-laugh

-most importantly, pray. (if your religious)

i am also 15 and i have the same situation, whenever i do it i feel my self mad and dirty, i really want to stop it i think its a habit now, whenever i do it i cant sleep and stress comes all over me, ugh i am really going to be crazy please help me to stop this dirty thing with my self :'(

Its same here with me. I want to stop it but it happens. what i am trying now is to occupy my self in works,with friends and other important things to avoid it, and it helps. It surely is a sin and separates us from God thus we feel troubled and forsaken. Friend just keep on praying to avoid temptations, lord will surely help ,and read your Bible every day. don't let your mind be empty as a saying goes empty mind is devils workshop.
