My recommendation is fasting, because you are saying 'no' to your body's fleshly desires.
I've tried it a few times, and it does help a lot (for me anyways). It makes you feel as if you're in control and you have the authority to say 'no' to masturbation.
Like I said, it works for me, not sure if it will work for you.
