Hey, I'm 19. The name is Anson! Nice to meet you.

Anyway, continuing on with my problem or thought. I'm 19, I was diagnosed with Anxiety a little over 6 months ago. Doctor had prescribed me Xanax for Anxiety. I don't take the Xanax because I don't really have anxiety/panic attacks anymore. However, My heart rate always changes. On average, it would sit from 80-100 bpm during the day (consisting of walking, playing with kids, just regular activities). When I sleep, i don't know what my heart rate is at, but it is slow. Perhaps 40-60BPM. Again, I'm 19, 5'5" about 165 lbs. I use to work out and all so yeah. Umm, now I'm just chubby. I haven't worked out in quite a while, say, maybe 6 months? After I was diagnosed with Anxiety. I put on a few pounds. Anyway, My heart rate is really fast when I do a small simple excercise. For example, I would move boxes, and my heart rate would be up really fast. I could feel my heart beating and i feel the pulse on my neck and I can hear it beating. I'm not sure whether this is due to anxiety, because I know anxiety is just a menstrual state of mind. It's all in my head, which causes anxiety. So, I'm not exactly sure If i have a cardiovascular problem or... im just out of shape. I've been to the ER for Anxiety reasons, and just small minor reasons caused by Anxiety about 20 times within the past 6 months. I do have insurance so it's okay. Somewhat. Doctor says my EKG and Vitals show up perfectly fine.

I am a smoker, so yeah.

Please provide me your knowledge on my situation! Thanks! :)
