Hi, I have been kind of suffering from anxiety for the past month ... have had a few panic attacks and general feelings of anxiety and apprehension.
Well my problem is this... I keep on finding my heart beating really fast suddenly when I'm not even feeling anxious. The other day I had been drinking alcohol and my heart was racing ridiculously fast and it didn't slow down for hours and hours, until I fell asleep infact. Anyway, the past few days I've had this feeling in my chest. I couldn't call it a pain or an ache. The only was I can describe it is as a "feeling", like an awareness. It also feels slightly warm. IT's basically right between my breasts and it's only a smalll area, about 3-4 centimeteres across and down. I'm now worried that my physical feelings of anxiety (heart beating fast, feeling sick, pressure on head) aren't down to anxiety at all, they're down to a heart problem I have! When I'm not thinking about it it seems to go away but now because I am thinking of it feels like I can't breathe as fully as I should be.

I forgot to mention, there is absolutely no history of any hearts problems in my family.
