Has anyone had side effects taking Advocare Catalyst. I'm trying to figure out if what I'm feeling is due to taking catalyst. I started about 3 weeks ago. Thanks!

I have used catalyst for more than three years and havent had anything but a positive experience. The ingredients are found in meat, just with catalyst the proteins are in the amino acid form. Amino acids are what are combined to make proteins.
