I got my period earlier this month. It arrived normally, but the difference was that it was extremely light flow and brownish, like it usually is at the very end, except that this lasted all the way through.
I normally have a 7-day, normal period, and this one lasted only 4 or 5.
I know this sounds like implantation bleeding, but I can't be pregnant (or have an STI), unless there's some magical way to get that way without being even remotely sexually active. That's one of my biggest fears--people might remember that I'm tocophobic, but I've really been doing so, so much better. I haven't worried at all since last I posted here.
I'm kind of freaking out. Is this something to worry about, or is it just caused by a lifestyle change--going back to college, gaining a little weight/trying to diet and working out a little bit more frequently/stress/living in the dorms (I know that living with a bunch of girls can kind of mess up your period cycle sometimes)?
