Hi, I am 25 years old male and I am experiencing chest pain after my exercise. I have to admit that I am little scared because I don't know if such pain may be caused with heart problems. If someone had similar experiences please share it with me. I don't know if I would exercise any more?

Hi, it is very difficult to say something precisely about your chest pain just upon facts you have mentioned. However I doubt such pain may be caused by heart problems, because it appear after you finish your exercise and not during it. Anyway I suggest you to consult your doctor because you may have some injury of your chest and he will know how to find origin of your pain.

Hallo Alasteir,
Only time when I have chest pain after the exercise is when I overdo my exercises, and my body can’t take it all. The key is to be moderate in everything and even with the exercises. You don’t have to put yourself to the limit all the time.
Now, have you had any problems with blood pressure or any other cardiovascular problems? What kind of exercise are you doing? Maybe your lungs are not able to put up with all the hard work, and your body is asking for more oxygen. During the exercises it is important to drink a lot of water, because it helps your cells to regenerate. Try with some cardio exercises, and it may help with chest problem.
