I recently had unprotected Sunday 5th November and had a burning sensation when starting to pee on Thursday. No discharge and no other symptoms apart from a bit of a fever and drowsiness.  Went to doctors this morning and prescribed azithromycin which I took at 9:00am by 15:00 the burning had stopped is this normal for Chlamydia or would that likely indicate it was a lesser urinary tract infection. I had no discharge but a slight fever over weekend
