I'm sure he can take a lunch break to go get checked and if need be, he could always schedule an appointment and inform his boss so that they can work around it. This disease isn't something to pass off as no big deal. He should ALWAYS make time to get tested. Meanwhile, you shouldn't have sex with him until he gets tested. Easiest way to make a man get tested is to deprive him of sex. Well.. A faithful man anyway.

yes you can get treatment without parents knowing go to your nearest free sex clinic the only time they inform your parents are if other people living in the same household are at risk like if you have HIV/AIDS

I have taken a maintenance dosage of doxycyclene 100 mg every day for the last year (ongoing). Is it possible for me to get chlamydia from unprotected sex, or will the doxycyclene prevent an infection?

Silly question.......can you get STD's from an unclean massage parlor "happy ending"?

A very small chance. No medicine is foolproof. If your really concerned get another test done a few weeks after your course of antibiotics. Very good chance you will be ok.

I have a question so I had unprotected sex with a guy and I started having symptoms such as burning, redness and itchiness. So I had got these two bumps on my pee hole and my doctor treated me for chlaymidia with azithromycin, it's my 6th day and the bumps haven't went away, in any possible way could it be more then chlaymdia. I'm desperate for help, somebody please help me!!

i had chlamydia from oral sex my girlfried ate me out all the time and i got thia weird yellowish green discharge with an awful smell.. i went to the doctor and he prescribed doxycyline hyclate it cured it in a week

Ok, I had unprotected sex with a woman and the next day she told me she have chlamydia, wondefull i thought to myself, so i immediatly called my family dr who had me come right in. He prescribed doxycline twice a dya for a week. while he told me i need to go get a test that he doesnt do them there he said he prescribed the antibiotic "just in case sumtin is brewing down there." My question is. If I was exposed to it the day before, will the antibiotic be effective to destroy the bacteria since its only been a day since exposure and syptoms didnt appear yet?
