Certainly, if you believe that your occasional respiratory troubles have become permanent it is not good sign at all. It means that the disease in your lungs is progressing, and you need to take action as soon as possible. Asthma can be very unpleasant condition. It is characterized by coughing, shortness of breath and wheezing everyday or most days. Usually, some corticosteroid is used to inhibit inflammation process spreading and beta- agonist to induce dilatation of bronchi and stimulate breathing. In some cases of chronic asthma, food allergy was the underlying reason. So, changing diet habits and diet revision are recommended.
