So.. almost 2 weeks ago me and my bf were messing around, he made his penis inside me for a few long seconds but we didn't have sex, I did have my period 5 days after that... But is it possible I could be pregnant even if he didn't ejaculate and even if I had an upcoming period?

You say you didn't have sex yet you say his penis was inside you so I'm not sure how you work out you wasn't having sex because to me that's intercourse! Depending on how long your cycle is yes it's possible to get pregnant because even if he was producing precum then that can carry sperm and it only takes 1 sperm to get you pregnant.
