if ur exercies is only at work. i think u need to reconsider what u do during the day. every one should get at least 30-45 minutes of exercise a day 3-4 days a week. btw to get rid of fat u gotta BURN calories. to do that u gotta work out!! supplemenets, cleanses and pills and shakes DO NOT DO THIS!!! lets stop being a statistic and take care of ur body. ur immune system works right when u take care of it with a good diet and exercise. I myself don't take vitamins and i can proudly say that i haven't been sick in over 13 years and i have more energy than i know what to do with.
