I really want to lose some weight because  iv'e got a tummy but i am not motivated  i do a bmi body test every day but it's not getting better... btw i am a girl. HELP! :) (i want to be like, 125-130 pounds... is this okay??)

am 19 and i weigh 138lbs i have a muffin, and i hate it!!  i got to gym once a week but i still eat normal. i lost 8 pounds last year but as halloween come right back to today i've gain it all back. before that all i did was force myself to visit the gym 3 times a week for an hour, drink water every 30 or hour ,"a glass of water" cut out all the junk, use boys who i like to motivate me i mean like to make my self more in shape. it worked for me but now am so f*****g lazy.

 

talk to urself about all the consequences that would become of if u don't lose the weight, ask ur parents to help u , force u to go to gym, bring u there, or ask them to  be there with u .  right now am heading out to the gym. i just talked myself into it.     u need to be health and get ur self in shape before u reach high school or things get out of hand, its serious ! hablar con usted  pronto!!! ! am going to gym !!!

sorry for the explicit , yeah and i always keep water on my night table so its easier for me to reach it if am feeling too lazy to get up. that helps too
