I want a six pack by the time next June rolls around. I did 200 crunches today. What else could I do to achieve my goal? Will it hurt to jump right to a higher number of crunches or should I work my way up? Does food play a role in this? What else can I do?

i say go to the gym and lift and u have to work ur cruncks up to ur goal slow say if ur goal is 200 start by doing to sets of 50 and take a brake work up that way
