I think one thing that really helps with acid reflux, and I'm not joking when I say this, but I think that meditation can help quite a bit. I know that you can be reallys tressed and it causes a lot of reflux but I think it's true. I fyou can take a moment to realax, i think that it really helps. Has anyone else experienced this?

i have severe acid reflux around the holidays when i overindulged throughout. in response i cut down on my daily wine, eliminated coffee and spicy or acidy food. I was in agony and now can say that I feel 98 per cent better! I am back to being able to drink a glass of white wine or two, lasagne, etc, but i keep the amount reasonable. i still omit coffee, drink only tea in the morning.
