I am constantly tired, no matter how little or how much sleep I get I am always tired. I also have periodic pain when urinating. I have constant headaches, pain in my joints, back. I have been to the Doctor with no help. Can you please help me, why am I so tired all the time? Just to let you know, I am a 59 year old female. I also suffer from depression.

Hello! I would suspect that you may have problems with chronic fatigue syndrome. A cousin of mine had been diagnosed with this disease after a few years of testing and testing and no apparent causes.

Some of the doctors have been contributing her troubles to menopause.

The problem with CFS is that its cause cannot be found so easily.
Sometimes a presence of Epstein Bare virus has been found but not all the time. All of your symptoms appoint to this disease and you may ask your doc to run a test for the presence of this virus or antibodies that develop when the virus is present.

The problem is that there is no cure but there are medications that could give you relief from some of the symptoms and make you more active.
