Hi, can you tell me why I would be constantly urinating I can go to toilet and its a good flow but if I sit for a while I can do more each few minutes but then I will feel the need to go again in less than 1 hour. I have no pain or discomfort. Thankyou.

Constant urination can be caused by many things. The interesting thing is that you don’t feel any pain when you urinate. Have you maybe noticed any changes in the color of your urine? Are you a women or a men. I know that women might experience hormonal changes that cause them to urinate very often. This can be affected by their menstruations, pregnancy or menopause. The other thing that can cause this is diabetes. Onset of diabetes can cause problems with urination among which is frequent urinations. My guess is that your best option is to test your urine and your blood sugar levels and see what is the main reason for this issue.
