Could it not be an STI?

Hi. I can`t be sure, but I had genital warts and they do look like cauliflower. My warts were small and flesh colored. They were growing on my penis too. Sometimes warts are not visible. Months can pass until you notice genital warts. Sometimes it takes years for warts to develop. So, as you can see, an incubation period may be long. Luckily, genital warts can be removed. However, the viral infection can`t be cured. If you have genital warts, you may need to treat them more than once.
