I'm sure there is nothing wrong with me at the moment, but some blood tests show that I have acute mono. I did have symptoms last week, but everything is fine now. I have no more swollen lymph nodes, no sore throat or stuffy nose, and I never had a fever. I would really like to go back to playing tennis now, but i can't because i have a "swollen spleen." I know that I am perfectly fine, but how can I prove that I don't have a swollen spleen?

Actually, I think an ultrasound is more commonly used now. It's easier.

Some doctors also palpate the spleen.

Hope that helps.
