So, I just got out of the shower not long ago, and while I was bathing, I felt a lump right on the inside of my thigh, in the bikini area. I have reason to believe this is a cyst, since i just recently recovered from having on on my wrist this past Fall. However, I'm not certain if it's a cyst or not. All I know is that it's hard, a little squishy but very little, and it's about the size of a marble. There's no discoloration there, but it's sensitive to touch. Could this be a cyst or a clot? What should I do? :-(

Every now and then I would grow a lump or two around a couple of weeks before my period starts. One almost always grow in the same spot but the other doesn't. They're kinda big and the one that is in the center of my bakini area hurts when I touch it and it feels hard the other that's grows in the same spot doesn't hurt as much but it's a little painful and it is also hard but not as hard as the new one. I'm a 18 yr old African American female so I am darker around that whole vaginal area and my inner thighs almost blackish but I think the discoloration is because I chafe when I walk. Plus I am darker on other parts as my body as well I hope it's nothing serious. When the lumps do go away my skin feels smooth but leathery. Any ideas?
