hiya
im new to this forum so be gentle! i have on the tops of my legs dark lumps that look like spots. some are small and if squeezed something that resembles a large black head will come out. others are raised and if squeezed will puss and bleed leaving a baggy sack of skin that in a day will go flat but leaves the skin dark. I wanted to put my mind at rest and ask someone as im paranod about cancer. Im a rather large girl, could it be because my legs and clothes rub against each other or do people think its more serious.. ive have them for a few years

I have the same problem, i'm also a bigger girl. Could it be related to weight? I'm worried because one has now appeared on my face. Usually I just get them on my legs
