i am at day 5 with absolutely nothing this is the hardest day so far without the methadone. i was at 115 when i left the clinic .i feel as though i cant do it but i know others have and so cant i'any pain and suffering i go through will make me stronger in my recovery. good luck and god bless

Have u heard of gabapentin it's suppose to help with withdraw hope u feel better u can do it!!
