Your penis should grow as well how long it takes and what the end result will be is hard to predict as everyone grows and develops at different rates and times.

Each of your testicles is the size of a golfball or when they are together like the over all size of your scrotum (sack)? Is there anyway you you could measure each testicle seperatly using either a piece of string or a soft measuring tape? Measure the length and width of them.
