hi i am an 18 years old girl and i used to play a lot of basketball. eating a lot and playing basketball kept me fit. i injured my knee 2 months ago and since then i haven't played basketball or gone jogging or anything that's got to do with using my leg. This made me gain 24 kgs and i am 20 kgs over my ideal weight.
I was born in philippines and brought to dubai when i was 3 and since then i never left the country. I was given a chance to go for vacation only if i lose 15 kgs. i have already lost 4 but i am finding it extremely difficult now to lose anymore weight because of the strain that i have put in my leg while losing those 4 kgs. I have to lose another 11 kgs in only 1 month and 2 weeks. How will i be able to do this without straining my leg.
