Hi, there. Perennial allergic rhinitis is a form of allergy that is present for whole year round. It is usually caused by pets and house dust mites. Antihistamines are usually here recommended for reducing symptoms. In more severe cases, corticosteroids can be applied, but I recommend you to be very careful if you go for this solution. Immunotherapy is also something that can be applied. It is a desensitizing method with allergic shots. Discuss with your ENT specialist what the best option would be for you. Good luck!
