Any pain when you urinate ? I'm having the same problem. All STD test came back negative... Have a clear (sometimes puss yellow) discharge... Before the STD test, I went to get a shot to clear up anything I could of had. Wondering what this could be as well. I masterbate at least 4-5 times a week. This issue started right after I started using my new Fleshlight section toy.... I wonder if that had anything to do with it ?

Did anyone found a solution yet? I have the same, took 3 different antibiotic treatments and the symptoms (discharge) always went down but after couple of weeks came back. I did all kinds of tests (urine, blood, echo, prostate exam) and no std or bacteria (or cancer) was found, only a calcification in the prostate which is quite common. Still my penis keeps dripping...

If you've been tested and your results come back negative or if you have not been sexually active, most likely you have a UTI caused by bacteria, not cleaning properly in that area, or holding your pee and not drinking enough water. Typically these things are followed by paid or even burning and could look similar to a STD. I would go to the doctor and get some meds. Typically the signs will go away in a couple of days. However just because the symptoms stop doesn't mean stop taking the meds. A lot of times the symptoms will stop but that doesn't mean the infection is gone. Keep taking the meds it can take longer for the infection to be fully gone with Men.

You have to ejaculate more often. It’s just the body releasing the extra fluids accumulated in the prostate. I’m 44 and started to have the same problem so I decided to ejaculate more often and problem solved, also it seems there is smaller chance to get prostate cancer if you drain the pipes more often! I'm going through this right now. Negative STD test, negative urine culture (which means no infection wtf). They started me on Cipro today. A few interesting things to note here. Look up urethral syndrome. IUD are getting more popular in women as a brother control option. I recently had a partner that uses this. I'm longer than average and the thing just stabs my head every thrust. It's very uncomfortable. The day after our last encounter I started having burning urine. After days of this I went in for an STD test. (Sat so wouldn't get results until Tues) and literally the night of my Dr visit discharge started. It progressively got worse so I went back in Tuesday and they took another sample. This one showed wbc and was leukocyte estrase positive. Dr thinks it's a UTI. Ruled out kidney stones bc lack of red blood cells yet the first test Sat showed 0 and 2nd test Tuesday showed them present. I noticed an ease in symptoms after I drank copious amounts of cranberry juice. Anywhow, back to the IUD, from all the dots I've connected it is possible that her IUD was causing multiple traumas to my anterior urethra (your pee hole) and I developed urethral syndrome. Prostatitis. I had the same issue I was put on bactrim but if you don't want to do antibiotics try olive leaf extract and coconut oil. They both target bad bacteria in your urinary tract and leave the good bacteria alone
