one of my nuts is quite samller then the other and has been since i hit puberty i know one is somtimes smaller and that normal but this is quite small and when i feel around i can feel a small lump near it that is quite round and hard and seams to b comected to some thing...im afraid that it might be a 3rd nut...please any1 who knows about this help me
