Everytime I do push-ups or play my bass guitar for about a week straight I get a huge lump under my skin on the top of my wrist. It keeps me from bending my wrist for push-up position and hurts me to bend it in the opposite direction to play my bass. I can push on it; which hurts, but the lump isn't hard, it will move to the side If I push on it. If I stop these activities the swelling will go down, but I need to do both because of my career. Is this a calcium build up? and what can I do to make it easier to move my wrist in a normal manner.
