Do I have HIV?

Hi.

I've had some HIV symptoms. Here's my recent sexual encounter history with random people.

Some time in 2011, I had protected penetrative sex with a stranger. Around 3 months ago, I had oral sex with a stranger but no vaginal penetrative sex. Last Saturday (Day 0) I had oral sex (I was the recipient). I also put my finger into the vaginal area of my friend, and may have at some point put my fingers in my mouth without washing it.

On Day 1, I felt I had caught a flu. On Day 2, I got sick. Between Day 2 and 4, I had a flu, severe neck pains and the worst headache I've ever had. I found out later my pillow was too high those few days (I used the wrong pillow). I also had night sweats between Days 3 and Days 5 (I've never used to have night sweats). My neck pain has mostly subsided but I still have mild neck pain and headache.

Today is Day 10. In the past 2 days I've had itchiness on my skin with probably around 10-15 bumps appearing on my back. If I scratch them the area gets red. I put some cream on and they disappeared, and reappeared yesterday on my buttocks. I put some cream on again and it disappeared. Today I've had a few dots on the back of my hand (and if I scratch them they turn red). I also developed two small ulcers today on my tongue (but ate some very spicy, hot things yesterday). I bit one of the ulcers by accident today too.I've not had fever, nausea, gastro problems, vomiting or lymph node inflammation.

What's the chance I have HIV? Should I go do a bloodtest?
