Hello, i have a question about iron loss (defficiancy). I just had my beautiful daughter about hgoing on 5 mths this friday but about an hour after her birth i had to be sent to the operating room due to swealing of my lower half, (where i had my daughter) and when i got out after the procedure, i was told that i had lost a little but not alot of blood the expected. And i had just recently got my fasting bloodwork back from my doctor and now i am told that my iron is still a little off, so my question being is even though i lost some blood after the procedure i had after the birth of my daughter does this mean that i have an iron defficiancy please any information i would be greatly abliged on
