so i am a 13 year old kid who stopped masturbating at 12 but thru out my whole life ive had this little bumps on the top skin of my penis, ive never felt pain and i dont know if they do this in the US but, in my country you go to a doctor and they pull the skin out and im 99.99 percent sure that i had those bumps there but the doctor said nothing about it. now that i just finished health class i know more about warts and this bumps are starting to worrying me a little bit. anyone knows if im fine or should i see a doctor

There's no way to get the removed unless you go to a dermatologists and the remove them with a special laser, which is expensive. But on the plus side is they add sensitivity.
