The toothache is probably just a coincidence. It shouldn’t be in a connection with your groin pain. Pain might be the result of a minor injury or even an epididymitis or orchitis. This type of pain can also be caused by infection. Have you noticed any physical anomalies on your testicle lately? Maybe a lump or something like that. Whatever the case is, if it continues or gets worse, you should probably seek the opinion of the specialist.
Sometimes the toothache is a symptom of other problems. In some cases tooth pain can be an indicator of heart diseases, ear problems, sinuses pain etc. For instance, in some patients with angina, tooth pain is the only symptom of their hart problem. Also, infections and diseases of ears and sinuses can cause dental pain.
You shouldn’t also leave the tooth giving the trouble. You should probably go and check it out and get it fixed.
