The school year just started and my gym teacher has been working us very hard. We've been running like crazy (1.5 miles each day) and doing all these exercises. Of course I'm out of shape because I'm not in season for any of my sports yet so it's definetly a lot harder for me. Not to mention my asthma! I've been very sore lately but my right side on 1 or 2 of my ribs has been hurting a lot. When I'm just sitting/laying it's just very distracting even when the pain isn't too bad. When I touch it, it also hurts. I'm wondering if I fractured it again? About 3ish years ago I fractured my rib from coughing. Do you think I fractured a rib again from the heavy breathing and strenuous workout? If so, should I see a doctor or keep going with gym class?
