I am also in the same boat so I went to do donor yesterday and no fetus so i asked the doctor wat could be causing this henjust said hormone imbalance or phantom pregnancy and i was like i dnt want a another baby ryt now so now im confused because my breasts are even leaking water and have al the other symptoms oh wel since the ultra sound confirmed when are these symptoms going to stop
