I am 23 yrs old girl. My height is 5.6 ft and I am 57 kgs. My hips are broad so i wanted to reduce weight.
As i have passion for dance and so i think it is best choice to reduce the hip because i enjoy dancing and it will be my regular work out kinds. Does it really work?? Please tell me

It can help! If you enjoy dancing, maybe you should try Zumba? Its apparently a lot of fun (although I have never gone)! Its where you dance to very upbeat music, might be worth a try.
