I have gone thru By pass surgery in April 2006 and suddenly yesterday i have started feeling dizzy. I consulted my doctor and he said that i have vertigo..i dont know anyone having it... Can any one pls explain me what is this as i go blank whenever i blink my eyes or move my head in any direction... Am afraid as dont want any more health problems.. Pls guide..

I had bypass surgery in 96 and the next morning after I came home I nearly fell in the shower from vertigo. I called the hot line they gave me and they just said it was something that happens at first when you start taking blood pressure pills and to be careful.
