hi - i have a problem with my penis.
i can fully retract the skin past the head and half way down my penis when i am not erect, although when i have an erection it doesnt come back past the head, well it does but I have to pull it back forcefully, what can I do to help this? there is like a piece of skin at the back of my penis that is holding it from going all the way back, when I pull the skin back it just gets really tight. It can be quite sore when I pull it down past the head.
i hope someone can help me out

The problem lies in that little piece of skin that is preventing you from retracting the foreskin all the way. That piece of skin is called frenulum and the condition in which it is too short is called frenulum breve. What you need to do is see your urologist and see what your options are. There is a procedure called frenuloplasty that prolongs the tissue. It is minimally invasive procedure that carries no complications and is done on an outpatient basis.

No, it doesn't get removed, it gets prolonged so it wouldn't prevent foreskin from retracting anymore!
