I have headaches everyday almost all day and the pain varies i can have sharp shooting pains all over my head heavy throbbing pains stabbing pains on one side to the other. it could be stress but i cant remember where on the head that is or it coud be tiredness or your dehydrated drink plenty of water or juice or your eyesight. or it could be the sun or something could be too bright and can give you headaches or it could be too hot for you. theres lots of possibilities why it could even be your diet dont worry. by the wy im female and 16 years old. x
